If you are planning to utilize your out of network benefits, check with your insurance provider to determine your mental health benefits. Services may be covered in part or in full.

A sliding scale is available, if I am not on your plan.
Payment
Cash or check is preferred.
Cancellation Policy
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, appointments need to rescheduled within the same week or there will be a charge.
